If you’ve ever cursed the technical writing or instructional diagrams for a product, you might have thought about how it could be written or diagrammed better. In this case, a complete circumvention of writing or diagramming delivers the best quality instruction. Granted, there are accessibility issues (as in, only people with access to a computer can watch the video), but this is still a compelling case for a paradigm shift.
